YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

• It is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and all applicable laws
• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for your actions or their consequences
• We are NOT LIABLE if your Instagram account is blocked, banned, restricted, or deleted
• Using automation services likely violates Instagram's policies - you accept this risk entirely

2. No Affiliation with Instagram or Meta

Campground Social is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of these names is for identification purposes only.

3. Service Description

Campground Social provides Instagram growth automation services. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Any specific number of followers, likes, or engagement
• Continuous, uninterrupted service operation
• Protection from spam, fake followers, or bot accounts
• That your account will not be banned or restricted by Instagram
• Any business results, revenue, or ROI from using our service

4. User Obligations and Requirements

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety
• You understand the service details and how it works
• You will regularly check for updates to these Terms
• You will not use the service for spam or illegal activities
• You have a public Instagram account (service does not work with private accounts)

5. YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSTAGRAM COMPLIANCE

IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH INSTAGRAM'S TERMS OF SERVICE AND ANY APPLICABLE LEGISLATION.

You acknowledge that:

• Instagram's Terms of Service prohibit third-party automation services
• Using our service likely violates Instagram's policies
• Your Instagram account may be subject to action blocks, restrictions, or permanent bans
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for your compliance with Instagram's rules
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any consequences resulting from your use of our service
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE if your Instagram account is blocked, banned, or deleted

6. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice
• Change features, functionality, or pricing
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties or guarantees of availability, uptime, or functionality.

7. Payment and Billing

• All prices are in USD and subject to change
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• You authorize automatic recurring charges
• We do not store credit card information
• 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers only
• Refunds may be available for unused service time (pro-rated)

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

No refunds will be issued for accounts banned or restricted by Instagram. This is your risk to accept.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or spam
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our platform
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any Instagram account bans, restrictions, deletions, or penalties
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for loss of followers, engagement, reach, or business opportunities
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for lost profits, data, revenue, or goodwill
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE if the service is unavailable, interrupted, or contains errors
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days (maximum $500 USD)

YOU USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Campground Social LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of Instagram's Terms of Service
• Any claim that your use caused damage to Instagram or third parties
• Your account being banned, restricted, or penalized by Instagram

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page regularly.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Campground Social.
